Customer Service Priorities – 2 Priorities for Customer Service Teams

Today I want to talk to you about customer service priorities.
I’ve got two different points today to talk about.
#1) Sales. Make sure you have outbound telemarketing working for you. And make sure that your team is up selling on anything that is inbound from customers.
#2) Customer retention. Make sure when your team picks up the phone that their smiling and that they provide a solution to anybody that’s calling in.
