I’ll show you a quick and easy way to find out if consumers want to reach you through chat.
This will be a great way to measure if you’re going to need chat support availability to your customers.
Ask your web developer to head over to www.tawk.to and install the free version of their chat support platform.
Once it’s installed, go ahead and install their free app on your phone.
Now any time someone visits your website and tries to use the chat support feature, you’ll be notified on your phone.
There’s even a free user interface on their website that will show you how many people are trying to reach you through chat support.
Even if you don’t answer all of the chat requests, it will at least show you that people are trying to reach you through chat.
Then it’s up to you to hire customer support to make sure that people aren’t going to your competitors instead.
