You need to have a way of communicating when you hire customer service representatives (CSR’s) in the Philippines.

The most common tools used by our clients is Zoom.

Zoom meetings are easy to set up, and the interface is very user friendly.

Tip: Select the option to record all of your Zoom meetings.

Another fantastic tool is RingCentral.

RingCentral allows all customer service representatives to have their own phone number which they can use to call and text.

Texting can be a fast and efficient way for clients and staff to communicate.

Tip: You can choose local area codes for your customer service representatives.

Another collaborative tool is Skype.

Skype is easy to use and free between accounts.

Tip: Buy credits for staff for those staff that need to make calls overseas.

When selecting a tool to use between you and your remote staff, you must choose the one that has all the features you’ll need.
