Position Overview:
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about customer satisfaction and possess excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to address customer inquiries. Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Customer-focused attitude with a desire to help others. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
